We use only the best meats for our ribs. We use a sweet and spicy dry rub then cook them over charcoal and apple wood for 4 hours to enhance the BBQ smokey flavor. They are then basted with our homemade BBQ sauce and are fall-off-the-bone delicious.
We use thighs that come out moist and tender. We use a dry rub and sweet marinade that keeps the chicken flavorful. They are smoked for 3 hours over charcoal and mesquite wood to give them an authentic BBQ taste. We finish it off with homemade BBQ sauce that keeps you coming back for more.
We take prime Chuck Roast and use a dry rub with a kick. The beef then goes on the smoker over charcoal and a mix of hickory and Mesquite woods for 8 hours. Once done, we shred it and add our homemade BBQ sauce for an excellent sweet taste. This is great on its own or sandwiched in a Hawaiian roll.
We use Prime Brisket and a simple dry rub. We also inject the brisket to keep it juicy and tender through the cooking process. Brisket goes for 8-12 hours on the smoker with charcoal, mesquite, and hickory wood mix—no sauce is needed for this mouth-watering meat.

These beans are soft and sweet. We use onion, peppers, brown sugar, dijon mustard, BBQ rub, BBQ sauce, and Root beer to bring out the flavor in these beans. We then slow cook them on the smoker for 2.5-3 hours and use a mix of charcoal and Mesquite woods. These beans are to die for!
It's not your mamma’s cornbread! We use creamed corn and sour cream to create a moist, delicious bite, that will make you keep coming back for more.
This cole slaw is a chopped cabbage, carrot and fresh parsley mixture that compliments many of our meats. It is also great alone due to the creamy texture and flavour.
We put a lot of soul into our homemade Mac-n-Cheese. The bechamel sauce is homemade and then finished in the smoker for an hour to get a nice BBQ flavor. It is very cheesy like dad jokes and so good!
Homemade dressing includes onions, fresh dill, celery, and dijon mustard. This is a Crowd favorite!
